Opened in 2020, New Pilmour House located within the unmistakably recognisable landscape of St Andrews Links offers the St Andrews Links Trust administrative staff an enviable place to work, meet and greet business partners, sponsors, golfers and visitors alike. East Coast Controls installed the building energy management system based on the Niagara Framework, the heating and ventilation systems were integrated with the buildings air conditioning system ensuring optimal comfort whilst maintaining the efficiency thanks to the demand led controls strategy utilizing Dali lighting PIR occupancy sensors in each space.
